artists would be given a sketch of what to paint.
Once they had the sketch, they made a grid on the
wall with a piece of string soaked in red
paint. The
artisans would use a pallet and a brush with a
split end to apply the paint. Some
Egyptians liked to be portrayed fat to show they
had much food. |
